The dishes I’ve seen you come up with are incredible. You truly have creative talent and you have inspired me to want to become a great chef like you. I’m currently attending Le Cordon Bleu in Chicago and for one of my classes I have to write a biography on a chef of my choice. I’m interested in doing the paper on you and would appreciate any info you can provide me with. Info such as early life, cooking history, major influences, personal achievements, and any awards. I was at the restaurant on Saturday. It truly was the most amazing meal of my life. I still can’t get over it. The staff was amazing. Thanks to Ryan & Josh. Meeting Chef Voltaggio was a dream come true. It was great to see him & the inner workings of the kitchen. I will always remember my evening at The Dining Room. The care we got from everyone there was wonderful. This restaurant & Chef deserve all the praise they receive and much more. Thanks again!!!
